Description
Studio Cycle also known as Spinning is a medium-high level cardiovascular workout performed on a fixed cycle. Individuals are able to select their own intensity levels and work at their own pace, however the coach will recommend your level to encourage and motivate.

Age Groups
Studio Cycle is suitable for anybody of all age groups. We have people in their teens, right the way through to retired people attending.

Male or Female?
Studio Cycle is designed for both male and females.

Activity Levels
Studio Cycle is designed for everybody of all levels of fitness. It can be anybody wanting to lose weight, or somebody wanting to tone up. If you have worries you can always stand at the back for the first few lessons until you get used to how the session goes. You can also ask the class tutor for advise and help and they will give you honest answers. If you have any special requirements, you can always contact us, and we will let you know if there would be any problems for you.

Class Size
The Studio Cycle classes are held in the Spirit Xclusive cycling suite. There is enough room for everybody including your exercise space without getting in the way of other people. The class size varies each week depending on how many people attend. But we have a total of XX cycles and they fill up fast so make sure you book ahead of time.
